Cancellation Policy for Over Night Bookings @ Louis head Beach Campground:
We understand that plans can change unexpectedly, and we strive to accommodate our guests in the best way possible. In the event that you need to cancel your reservation at our campground in Nova Scotia, please refer to our cancellation policy below:
If you cancel your reservation 14 days or more prior to your scheduled arrival date, you will receive a full refund of your deposit.
If you cancel your reservation between 7 and 14 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, we will retain a cancellation fee equal to 50% of your deposit, and the remainder will be refunded.
If you cancel your reservation within 7 days of your scheduled arrival date, your deposit will be non-refundable.
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we will do our best to work with you to reschedule your reservation if possible. In the event that we need to cancel your reservation due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, we will provide you with a full refund of your deposit.
Please note that all cancellations must be made in writing via email or mail. We cannot accept cancellations over the phone.
